Terms of Service
1. The service
Metriform is a fitness and nutrition app for iOS. It generates personalized training programs, meal plans and daily targets, and adapts them to what you log. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Not medical advice
All plans, targets, estimates and suggestions in the app are informational estimates — not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a professional before starting a training or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are returning from injury. You use the app at your own risk and remain responsible for your own health decisions.
3. Subscriptions
- Parts of the app require a paid subscription (monthly plans), purchased through Apple's App Store as an auto-renewing subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- A free trial, where offered, converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Trials are available once.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
- If your subscription lapses, your data stays; the app degrades to a read-only mode until you resubscribe.
4. Your account and data
- You are responsible for keeping access to your account.
- Your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You may delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account); this removes your data from our servers.
5. Fair use
AI-powered features (plan generation, meal analysis, the assistant) have daily usage limits to keep the service sustainable. Automated, abusive or reverse-engineering use of the service or its APIs is prohibited.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes move the effective date above. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.

Metriform — застосунок для тренувань і харчування на iOS. Він генерує персональні програми тренувань, плани харчування й денні цілі та адаптує їх до того, що ви логуєте. Створюючи акаунт, ви погоджуєтесь із цими умовами.
2. Не медична порада
Усі плани, цілі, оцінки й підказки в застосунку — інформаційні оцінки, а не медична порада, діагноз чи лікування. Проконсультуйтесь із фахівцем перед початком програми тренувань чи харчування — особливо якщо ви вагітні, годуєте грудьми, маєте медичні стани або повертаєтесь після травми. Ви користуєтесь застосунком на власний ризик і самі відповідаєте за рішення щодо свого здоров'я.
3. Підписки
- Частина застосунку потребує платної підписки (місячні плани), що купується через App Store як підписка з автоподовженням.
- Оплата списується з вашого Apple ID. Підписка подовжується автоматично, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду в Налаштування → Apple ID → Підписки.
- Безкоштовний пробний період, де він пропонується, переходить у платну підписку, якщо не скасувати його до завершення. Пробний період доступний один раз.
- Ціни показуються в застосунку до покупки й можуть відрізнятись за регіоном. Повернення коштів обробляє Apple за власними правилами.
- Якщо підписка завершилась, ваші дані зберігаються; застосунок переходить у режим лише-читання до поновлення підписки.
4. Акаунт і дані
- Ви відповідаєте за збереження доступу до свого акаунта.
- Дані обробляються згідно з Політикою конфіденційності.
- Акаунт можна видалити в застосунку (Налаштування → Видалити акаунт); це видаляє ваші дані з наших серверів.
5. Чесне користування
AI-функції (генерація планів, аналіз страв, асистент) мають денні ліміти, щоб сервіс лишався стійким. Автоматизоване, зловмисне використання чи зворотна розробка сервісу та його API заборонені.
6. Відповідальність
Сервіс надається «як є». В межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі чи побічні збитки від використання застосунку. Ніщо в цих умовах не обмежує відповідальність, яку законно обмежити не можна.
7. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови; суттєві зміни змінюють дату чинності вище. Продовження користування після зміни — згода з новими умовами.
