Personal training program
A weekly program for your goal, experience and schedule. Workouts log your sets and weights and add progression; missed sessions are rescheduled.
Smart fitness coach
Metriform builds your training program and weekly meal plan, then adapts both to the workouts, meals, weight and recovery you actually log. One clear plan for today — not five apps.
Free during the beta. We only use your email to send your invite and launch news.
The 80/20 principle
80/20 isn't a separate method — it's how Metriform sets your priorities. Each morning it picks four from your plan, check-ins and health data. Do those, and the rest of the day can stay flexible.
Your calorie and protein targets, with meals already planned.
Today's session with the weights to beat from last time.
When to push and when to back off, from sleep, stress and soreness.
One small action that adds up week after week.
Features
Everything is built around your goal, schedule and equipment — and recalculated as you go.
A weekly program for your goal, experience and schedule. Workouts log your sets and weights and add progression; missed sessions are rescheduled.
Recipes matched to your calories, protein and taste, with dish photos and a shopping list. Swap any dish for one of your saved recipes.
Snap your plate for an estimate of calories, protein, carbs and fat; devices with LiDAR also measure the portion. Estimates are approximate — correct any value. Plus: 4 photos a day, Pro: no daily cap.
An estimate of which muscles are still recovering, based on your logged workouts — main and assisting muscles shown separately.
Each week your targets, meals and training adjust to your real progress, with a plain note on what changed and why.
An AI assistant in the app — not a human trainer. Ask about your plan in plain language; it reads your data and can change the plan for you.

How it works
Goal, schedule, equipment, food preferences and anything to work around. Connect Apple Health if you like.
A training program and a week of meals. Every program is checked by fixed rules first: weekly volume per muscle stays in a sensible range, and exercises that clash with injuries or conditions you listed are left out.
Log workouts and meals in seconds. Metriform adjusts today, and recalculates the week from what really happened.

FAQ
Metriform is an app that gives you one clear daily plan for training, nutrition and recovery. It builds your training program and weekly meal plan, then adapts both to the workouts, meals, weight and recovery you actually log.
No. The coach chat (Pro) is an AI assistant built into the app. It answers questions about your plan and can adjust it, but it isn't a human trainer or a medical professional.
It's an estimate. Take a photo of your plate and Metriform estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat; on devices with a LiDAR sensor it also measures the distance to the plate to judge the portion. You can correct every value before saving. Plus includes 4 photo analyses a day — only successful ones count; Pro has no daily cap (fair use applies).
Plus is the full daily plan: an adaptive training program and a weekly menu with dish photos, weekly recalculation and summary, trends, weight, Apple Health, text and voice logging, and 4 meal photo analyses a day. On Plus you can build 4 new plans and 3 rebuilds a month, separately for training and for meals. Pro adds the coach chat, Fridge Chef, meal and workout alternatives on demand, offline workouts and an offline meal backlog, Family Sharing, and product photos and local shelf names in the shopping list — and removes the monthly plan limit and the daily photo cap.
The new beta supports English, Ukrainian, Spanish for Spain, Portuguese for Portugal, French, German and Polish. Choose your language in the app; reminders, account emails and AI responses follow that choice. This website is available in the same seven languages.
Yes. You choose whether to share the information needed for AI features with Google Gemini and Replicate. You can decline and keep logging manually within your plan, or change your choice in Settings. AI plans, photo or voice processing and translations need your permission.
Yes, if you allow it. Metriform reads data such as steps, sleep, workouts and weight for in-app calculations and history. When you request a menu or recipe, AI can use your selected calorie and macro goals, even if calculated on your device from imported data. The underlying Health or scale readings, their history and other estimates are excluded from automatic AI requests. AI uses eligible information you enter and content you choose to send, with separate permission. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
At launch, Plus costs $3.99 per month and Pro $7.99 per month in the US; the App Store shows your local currency. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial, once per Apple ID. During the beta, early-access testers use Metriform free of charge.
Yes. A Pro member can invite their household (partner or family join on any plan), and everyone shares one meal plan, with portions calculated for each person.
No. Metriform provides general fitness and wellness guidance. It is not medical advice or a diagnosis. Talk to a doctor before changing your diet or training if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
